Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Programme Refund Policy

For The Conception Method™ Intensive: deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 14 days prior may transfer to a future intake (subject to availability). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Replay access may be provided if unable to attend live.

2. Consultation Policy

All consultations must be prepaid. You may reschedule up to 24 hours prior. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Supplements & Physical Products

Due to health and safety regulations, supplements are non-refundable once dispatched. No returns are accepted for ingestible products. If your product arrives damaged, email within 48 hours with photos. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Digital Products

Digital products including visualisations are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed. For technical support, contact hello@wisdomofwomanhood.com.au.

5. Book Purchases

All book purchases are processed via Amazon. Refunds and returns are governed by Amazon’s policies.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
