The Conception Method™ is our structured integrative fertility framework. It combines nervous system regulation, hormonal and cycle optimisation, subconscious alignment, energetic coherence, and evidence-informed naturopathic protocols.

 

No. We do not guarantee pregnancy outcomes. Our work focuses on restoring internal balance, nervous system regulation and fertility alignment. Conception is influenced by multiple variables and outcomes differ between individuals.

 

Yes. The Conception Method™ can be integrated alongside medical fertility care. Many women work with us to support nervous system regulation, hormonal balance and physiological readiness during assisted fertility treatment.

 

Yes. Our approach supports cycle recalibration, nervous system restoration and rebuilding stability following pregnancy loss.

 

Kathleen focuses on hormonal balance, cycle regulation, detoxification, nutritional protocols and herbal medicine. Kate focuses on nervous system regulation, subconscious alignment, energetic coherence and stress physiology. If unsure, book a complimentary 15-minute Fertility Guidance Consult.

 

Yes. All consultations must be prepaid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

 

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments are non-refundable.

 

All consultations are delivered online, allowing us to support women nationally and internationally.

 

Yes. In accordance with Australian TGA guidelines, certain practitioner-only supplements require a consultation prior to purchase.

 

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 14 days prior may be transferred to a future intake. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Replay access will be provided for a limited time.

 

This intensive is designed primarily for women. Partners may attend selected educational segments where appropriate.

 

Replays are available for a limited time following the event. Live participation is strongly encouraged for full integration.

 

Guided visualisations are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
