These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wisdom of Womanhood™ website, services, programmes, consultations and products. By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Services
Wisdom of Womanhood™ provides educational resources, fertility-focused practitioner consultations, integrative fertility programmes, digital products and practitioner-recommended supplements. Our services are educational and practitioner-based. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.

The information provided on this website, in consultations, programmes, digital products and educational materials is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as medical advice. Always consult your doctor, fertility specialist or qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee pregnancy or specific fertility outcomes. Conception is influenced by numerous biological, environmental and personal factors outside our control. Our services aim to support alignment, regulation and optimisation — not guaranteed results.

6. Supplement & TGA Compliance
Certain practitioner-only supplements require consultation prior to purchase in accordance with Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) guidelines. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health history, informing us of medications, and following usage instructions.
7. Programme Participation
By enrolling in any programme, you acknowledge voluntary participation, accept responsibility for your health decisions, and understand outcomes vary. Limited-capacity programmes are subject to availability.
8. Consultations
All consultations must be prepaid, are delivered online unless otherwise stated, may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior, and are non-refundable within 24 hours of appointment.
9. Digital Products
Digital downloads including guided visualisations are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed.
10. Physical Products & Shipping
Shipping costs apply to all physical product orders. We are not responsible for courier delays once items have been dispatched. Due to health and safety regulations, supplements are non-refundable once shipped.
11. Book Purchases via Amazon
The Conception book is sold exclusively through Amazon. All payment processing, shipping, delivery, returns and refunds are governed by Amazon’s policies.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials, including The Conception Method™, course materials, visualisations, written content and branding are intellectual property of Wisdom of Womanhood™. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wisdom of Womanhood™ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, medical outcomes, personal decisions following consultation, or financial losses related to programme participation.
